Public Health Regenerative Leadership Synergy (PHEARLESS) by The Kresge Foundation

Qualifications:

PHEARLESS will support up to 15 teams, each comprising two community leaders and two public health leaders in the same community, in developing the mindset and skillset to transform systems power structures and processes to facilitate the design of equitable, health-promoting communities. Participants in the 12-month program will work through four modules and a capstone activity, including both live virtual sessions and an in-person component.

Connect with other rising leaders in your community to identify the team members who want to forge lasting relationships and prioritize structural change to promote health and equity over the coming year.Lay the groundwork for support from key individuals and organizations.Assess the current state of your community’s efforts to promote health and start to identify the community systems you seek to better understand and redesign.

A new grant and leadership enhancement opportunity based on the principles of regenerative leadership, will open next month.
