We are hiring a Senior Program Coordinator position on the Social Innovation Team.This individual is responsible for helping partners implement user-centered solutions to multi-sector challenges. They possess superior communication skills, an empathic approach, and the ability to work on a distributed team with a broad range of technical, business, and strategic skills for multiple stakeholders globally.What You Will Be Doing:* Driving social innovation impact while building trust with community partners and employees* Working collaboratively across the business to implement engagement strategies and programs with colleagues in a global context to leverage our global scale, resources, tools, and expertise* Supporting our social innovation programs and partnerships (both external and internal)* Connecting with employees, community partners, and communications teams to share stories of impact within our Better Futures Community* Supporting other core processes of social innovation, including event coordination and communications as necessary* Acting as program coordinator for select social innovation community partner projects* Supporting social innovation integration in Steelcase operations, and working alongside other internal units such as procurement, legal and HR as required* Collaborating with the core business to ensure efficient use of the resources at disposal* Coordination of the evaluation and reporting of social innovation strategy and progress to multiple stakeholders (board, senior leaders, management)* Providing analysis and content preparation (data on projects, PowerPoint presentations, briefs, etc) for priority topics and executive management meetingsYour Future Team:In this role you will report to the Director of Social Innovation.The Social Innovation team serves as a catalyst to drive social impact for a more just and equitable world where everyone thrives. We believe that we can use our business as a force for good to make a lasting difference and shape a shared future for all.Who You Are:* Experience in community impact partnerships and employee engagement strategies* Must have the ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and logically organize complex information into professionally experienced design, engaging, and effective segments* Strong communication skills with internal and external counterparts in an international context* Strong facilitation, project management, planning, and organizing skills* Structured and accurate approach coupled with a high ability to work in a team* Pro-active attitude with a self-starter mindsetRequired Skills and Competencies:* Experience in community impact* Experience in employee engagementPreferred Skills and Competencies:* Bachelor’s degree* Finance and Salesforce experience* Fluent in a 2nd relevant language
